To meet the constantly changing and demanding competitive forces in today’s global markets businesses must not only master the basics of marketing and financial management, but learn how to manage their supply chain operations, including inventory management and warehouse operations. A strong training program will provide the necessary background and tools to enable firms to manage their inventory, their relationships with their customers and suppliers, and meet customers’ demands while maintaining a profitable operation. This program will help small and medium-sized businesses in the Alleghenies become more competitive on a global scale through the reduction in operating costs associated with supply chain management.
